What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing is lost: only the AI features concerned pause until the 1st of the next month, or until you change plans. Your cards, reviews and tests stay unlimited.

What is an “AI generation”?

One AI action: turning part of a course into cards, writing a summary sheet, creating a test, preparing an interactive lesson… Chatting with Mika has its own weekly limit, and images have their own quota. A full course turned into cards, a summary sheet and a quiz uses about three.

Is there a limit on chatting with Mika?

Yes, but a generous one: Mika has her own limit, renewed every week, which doesn’t use your monthly generations. It works out to a few hundred answers a week depending on your plan (see the details above). When it’s reached, you simply see when it resumes; your courses, cards and tests stay available.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes, at any time. The change is immediate and the price is prorated.

How do I cancel?

In one click from “Manage my subscription”. You keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then go back to the free plan with all your cards and progress.

Is my data safe?

It’s hosted in France, backed up every day and never sold. Payment is handled by Stripe: BrainCard never sees your card details.

What is the priority queue for?

AI generations run one after another on the server. With Prep, yours go before everyone else’s: priceless the night before an exam.
